Job Description

This Senior Product Marketing Manager role will focus on Financial Close and Consolidations and will lead messaging, positioning, Go-To-Market strategy, content development and BDR enablement for our industry-leading Intelligent Finance Platform. This role is reporting to the Director of Global Product Marketing. Collaborate on product strategy, direction, priorities, and roadmap for financial close and consolidation solution. Set priorities and drive analysis relations to influence and secure outside-in research. Drive product marketing and sales content and enablement plans to support revenue objectives. Develop messaging and positioning, build and deliver sales tools across the sales cycle. Manage launches by building value messaging in collaboration with product management. Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers. Assist with buyer persona and market research activities. Assist with competitive intelligence to create actionable intelligence. Act as a primary champion, spokesperson, and evangelist for financial close and consolidation solutions. Develop compelling presentations and other sales tools for the global sales team. Proactively assist with customer groups and market-based input. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 4 – 7 years of relevant domain experience in financial close software and corporate performance management (CPM) and analytics software.
  • Prior financial close domain experience and understanding of the financial close process.
  • Ability to be hands-on with demonstrations of financial close and consolidation solutions.
  • Strong understanding and track record enabling the entire sales cycle.
  • Advanced degree / MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, IDC).
  • Experience creating AI/ML-related messaging specific to financial close use cases.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Finance is critical for this role.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills are a must.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams without direct reporting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, content development and presentation.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Proactive, high energy, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Agility, ability to manage multiple priorities and bias-for-action with exemplary results.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Travel
  • This position requires travel up to 15% of the time.
