Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to lead and optimize compensation strategies that impact employees across all functions globally. The Compensation Manager will oversee the administration of base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs, and ensure market competitiveness through benchmarking and job evaluation. You will partner with HR business partners and leaders to provide expert guidance, manage compensation processes, and support decision-making with data-driven insights. The position thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment where attention to detail, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking are critical. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to shape compensation programs, influence organizational structure, and drive initiatives that reward performance and retain top talent. Manage and maintain the global job catalog, ensuring accurate job documentation and evaluating new or revised roles. Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide compensation guidance, training, and consultation. Lead market benchmarking efforts, including participation in compensation surveys and vendor management, to ensure competitive pay practices. Review proposed compensation adjustments, offers, and new job classifications to align with established policies and market standards. Develop recommendations for salary structures, incentive programs, FLSA exemptions, and organizational design considerations. Oversee annual salary structure reviews, merit cycles, and incentive compensation programs. Support sales compensation initiatives through design, modeling, administration, and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management or total rewards roles, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and compensation best practices.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Direct experience managing compensation surveys and vendor relationships.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey compensation strategies and recommendations clearly.
