Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management or total rewards roles, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and compensation best practices.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Direct experience managing compensation surveys and vendor relationships.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey compensation strategies and recommendations clearly.
