• Serve as a payroll subject matter expert for our team, providing coaching, guidance, and training to our team members • Oversee regular payroll processing activities for specific clients, collaborating with clients on payroll-related needs • Serve as a main contact for payroll information for audits, benefits census data, worker’s compensation reviews, etc. • Manage payroll compliance items such as year-end tasks, state-specific regulations, etc. • Assist with employee benefits administration, reporting, and payroll-related setup as needed • Manage payroll implementations, transitions, or other large-scale payroll-related projects • Work with multiple Payroll and HR Technology solutions • Provide support for specialized payroll client projects • Build and run custom payroll reports • Conduct payroll audits
