Job Description

This role is a high-impact, strategic position focused on optimizing the post-sale customer lifecycle, driving retention, and improving renewal forecast accuracy. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and the Customer Success organization, connecting data across multiple systems to surface actionable insights. The position emphasizes using analytics to identify churn risks, implement process improvements, and enable data-driven decisions that strengthen customer relationships. You will develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and playbooks to streamline operations and improve efficiency at scale. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, analytical thinker with strong executive presence who thrives on translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. The role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to innovate and directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction. Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer and Customer Success teams, optimizing the customer experience across all post-sale touchpoints. Develop, maintain, and manage reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights into retention, renewals, and churn mitigation. Connect disparate data sources to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for process and performance improvements. Drive the design and implementation of playbooks, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability in Customer Success operations. Recommend and implement continuous improvements in reporting, analytics, and CS technology stack to enhance decision-making and operational performance. Communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams, tailoring messaging for clarity and impact.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success/Revenue Operations, Renewals Operations, FP&A, consulting, or finance with a focus on customer retention and renewals reporting.
  • Proficiency with revenue and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Gong), Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, QuotaPath; SQL experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently connect data across teams and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple departments and geographies to implement scalable, standardized reporting and workflow solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and financial reporting with a track record of simplifying complex data.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to streamline analytics and reporting.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to translate data insights into business impact.
