Job Description

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants. • Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups. • Lead outbound recruiting efforts via personalized emails and calls. • Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions promptly. • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion. • Collaborate with various teams to create feedback loops improving candidate experience. • Make process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.
You are hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and assume ownership.
Strong problem-solver with creative solutions.
Passionate about nutrition and wellness, motivated to help others improve their health.
Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech.
