Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have recruited in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries.
- Proven experience recruiting for a variety of niche technical roles, such as hardware and software engineers, analog and digital design engineers, high speed test engineers, etc.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and roles required in this industry, including an understanding of microelectronics, IC design, chip development, and related fields.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and specialized job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

- Experience utilizing Workday
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth semiconductor or tech company.
- A strong passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry’s evolving needs.
- Experience with campus recruiting or diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $130,000 - $156,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
