• Responsible for working on a variety of accounting and financial projects • Daily oversight of General Ledger Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounts Payable departments • Manage individuals including but not limited to, hiring, training, performance evaluation and professional development of five (5) direct reports • Preparation, timely completion and analysis of monthly financial statements with accompanying reports • Coordinate the process for financial control of operations, including expense budgets, income forecasting, performance reports and analysis • Oversees the direction and strategy for the department, including driving continuous improvement at all levels • Establishes and continuously reviews financial policies and procedures and internal controls over financial reports • Represents the Finance department on Senior Management committee
