Job Description

Our client is seeking a senior, consultative technical sales leader with a proven ability to generate new business, navigate complex enterprise environments, and engage executive decision-makers. This role is designed for a high-discipline, high-agency seller who thrives in emerging technology markets and is comfortable positioning strategic solutions that span: Security Operations Integrated Risk Management AI & Governance Identity & Data Security Cyber-Physical / OT Risk You will work directly with CISOs, CIOs, CROs, Compliance Executives, and platform owners to help organizations modernize how they manage risk, resilience, and regulatory obligations. These solutions are not point tools. They are transformation platforms and operational models built on ServiceNow, including: AI-enabled compliance & control monitoring Risk & security workflow modernization Exposure-informed vulnerability operations POA&M & continuous assurance automation Cyber-physical & OT risk governance Accelerated solution delivery frameworks OT / IoT / connected infrastructure risk is an important growth vector… but as part of a broader enterprise risk & security strategy. Key Responsibilities Drive net-new business across enterprise and regulated markets Engage executive stakeholders in security, risk, compliance, and technology leadership Position the organization as a strategic transformation partner rather than a tooling vendor Translate complex technical, regulatory, and operational challenges into measurable business outcomes Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Partner with solution architects and delivery leaders Develop relationships across the ServiceNow and ecosystem partner landscape

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate new business in emerging or transformational solution categories
  • Demonstrated success engaging executive and senior decision-makers
  • Experience selling Cybersecurity, eGRC / Risk platforms, Identity / Data Security, or Platform-based enterprise solutions
  • Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Highly disciplined, self-directed producer
  • Highly Valued Experience
  • ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platform sales
  • Regulated or compliance-intensive industries
  • Exposure management / vulnerability / security operations solutions
  • Identity & access / data governance solutions
  • Familiarity with OT / IoT / cyber-physical environments
  • Success Profile
