Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related discipline (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Business)
- Minimum of 2-5 years in Accounting, preferably in the insurance industry, relating to statutory and GAAP
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles, accounting procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Intermediate analytical skills to accurately analyze large volumes of numerical data
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Knowledge in utilizing accounting systems for transaction processing
- Analytical with attention to detail, strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Salary Range: $53,000.00 - $79,000.00 annually
- Compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location
- In addition to base salary, compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus
