Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare benefits brokers, consultants, employers, and other related stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in sales, developing and executing successful sales strategies, and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledgeable of healthcare plan administration and/or self-funded plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!
- You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
