• Owns daily/weekly/monthly total performance view linking supply, quality, and delivery performance across all airfoil suppliers and internal routings • Create a consolidated risk register and mitigation plans with clear owners, timelines, and impacts to programs and customers • Act as the key interface to internal customers (Programs, Services, Manufacturing Sites) to align actions, priorities, and constraints • Design and implement tiered operating rhythms including supplier reviews, risk reviews, SIOP syncs, and quality health checks • Own the digital solutions strategy for turbine airfoil castings operations; define requirements and measure value realization • Drive SQDC improvements: OTD, FTY, lead time, delinquency reduction, and readiness to rate
