- Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise software sales with a focus on supply chain solutions.
- Proven track record in solution selling and closing complex deals end-to-end.
- Industry Expertise:
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics within retail, pharma, manufacturing, or 3PL/logistics.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to execute Solution-Based Selling and operate within an MEDDPIC framework
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
