Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive SEO experience, ideally in an agency focused on B2B or enterprise clients
- Proven ability to build and execute long-term SEO strategies, not just audits or checklists
- Strong technical SEO foundation
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, SEOmonitor, Moz, and other emerging platforms focused on visibility and forecasting
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
- Bonus Points
- Experience optimizing content and brands for AI Overviews and LLM-driven discovery, including Reddit and content creation
- Familiarity with content management systems, especially WordPress
- Experience with B2B buyer journeys and complex sales funnels
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and insight
