Job Description

• This position is for a Finance Business Systems Analyst in Oracle E-Business Suite. • The Business Systems Analyst is required for learning, supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, EBTax and Approvals Management. • The Business Support Analyst is responsible for working closely with the business teams at various TTM Locations to triage support tickets and resolve issues in a timely fashion. • Daily interaction is required with end-users to support standard solutions. • This position will work closely with senior business systems analysts, developers and database administrators on various Oracle Applications projects, and be the main functional software support for end users. • Manage multiple support tickets and projects concurrently and deliver high quality results. • Assist in the support and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Job Requirements

Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Self-driven and proactive with a desire to learn, contribute, and assist others.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
Create clear, complete and concise documents and analytical instruments.
Facilitate and lead meetings with all levels of internal and external personnel.
Ability to coordinate tasks amongst a small team and negotiate solutions across functions.
Prior experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems (preferred).
Some level of knowledge in SQL and Oracle EBS applications (preferred).
Experience working in cross-functional projects (preferred).
