Job Description
• This position is for a Finance Business Systems Analyst in Oracle E-Business Suite.
• The Business Systems Analyst is required for learning, supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, EBTax and Approvals Management.
• The Business Support Analyst is responsible for working closely with the business teams at various TTM Locations to triage support tickets and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Daily interaction is required with end-users to support standard solutions.
• This position will work closely with senior business systems analysts, developers and database administrators on various Oracle Applications projects, and be the main functional software support for end users.
• Manage multiple support tickets and projects concurrently and deliver high quality results.
• Assist in the support and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
- Self-driven and proactive with a desire to learn, contribute, and assist others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Create clear, complete and concise documents and analytical instruments.
- Facilitate and lead meetings with all levels of internal and external personnel.
- Ability to coordinate tasks amongst a small team and negotiate solutions across functions.
- Prior experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems (preferred).
- Some level of knowledge in SQL and Oracle EBS applications (preferred).
- Experience working in cross-functional projects (preferred).
