Job Description

This position involves providing legal support that directly influences the development and monetization of innovative products. Advise product and engineering teams on new features and iterations for the SaaS platform. Provide legal guidance on consumer protection, advertising, and data compliance. Identify and address regulatory risks early in the product development process. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to support business operations. Support Sales and Marketing with customer terms and promotional strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a tech company.
  • Experience with product launches, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • Knowledge of subscription and advertising regulations.
  • Strong legal and analytical skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
  • JD and admission to a state bar required.
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging tech issues is a plus.
