Job Description

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of captive insurance clients by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial and regulatory reporting. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring compliance and providing exceptional service to clients while collaborating with internal teams. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple captive entities. You will work in a remote-friendly environment, focusing on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements for a portfolio of captive clients Ensure regulatory reporting is completed in accordance with applicable requirements Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to maintain regulatory compliance and address inquiries Manage multiple client deadlines, prioritizing tasks to deliver consistent and high-quality results Collaborate with internal teams and accept direction to support portfolio performance and continuous improvement Identify inconsistencies and errors, providing proactive solutions to maintain accuracy and reliability

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in accounting and captive insurance management
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work proactively with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated integrity, high standards, and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving client and business needs
  • Ability to work remotely from South Carolina or Tennessee
