- Familiarity with data security, privacy, and system integration principles in healthcare/veterinary environments.
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering for IT or practice management systems.
- Skilled in documenting and prioritizing functional/non-functional requirements.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge or certification in Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
