OpenLoop is looking for a Sr. Director of Workforce Management to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, modeling, and forecasting of our extensive clinician workforce, which is largely 1099. This critical role will oversee workforce analytics, cost optimization, and risk management for OpenLoop's rapidly expanding network professionals.

  • Analyze return on investment for different workforce strategies, including internal hiring vs. contractor models, geographic expansion costs, and specialty-specific investments.
  • Assess and model risks related to clinician shortages, regulatory changes, competitive market dynamics, and economic factors.
  • Ensure workforce planning models account for state licensing requirements, credentialing timelines, and regulatory compliance across all 50 states.
  • Develop predictive models for clinician and client turnover, identifying at-risk providers and implementing retention strategies.
  • Monitor and model risks from healthcare labor market trends, including wage inflation, specialty shortages, and competitive pressures.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development teams to align workforce strategy with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with workforce technology vendors, credentialing organizations, and external consulting partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading analytics teams, implementing predictive modeling, and driving data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, cost analysis, and budget management.
  • Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Obsessed with delivering great, 24/7 operations.
