You'll work directly with best-in-class security tooling including AWS security services, Microsoft Entra ID, Wiz cloud security platform, and Auth0 identity solutions. As we scale, you'll help strengthen and evolve our security posture, working across application security, cloud infrastructure, and compliance domains. You'll leverage AI security agents to enhance our vulnerability management processes and security operations capabilities. Key Responsibilities Cloud & Infrastructure Security Implement and maintain AWS security controls including WAF, Shield, GuardDuty, KMS, and CloudTrail Monitor cloud configurations, manage network security, and enforce secure IAM practices Secure various AWS storage mechanisms and maintain our multi-layered encryption infrastructure Application & API Security Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the SDLC Conduct security reviews and testing for new features, product enhancements, and APIs Integrate AI-powered vulnerability scanning tools into development workflows Security Operations Monitor and respond to security alerts using tools like WIZ and AWS GuardDuty Configure AI security agents to enhance vulnerability management and threat detection Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and independent security audits Build automation to gather and analyze threat intelligence to inform security strategies Governance & Compliance Support SOC 2 certification and documentation using the Drata platform Perform security assessments of third-party vendors and integration partners Develop and report on security metrics to track program effectiveness Maintain security architecture documentation and policies Preferred Experience implementing AI-powered security tools within application security pipelines Knowledge of configuring AI security agents for vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response automation AWS security certifications (Security Specialty, Solutions Architect) Experience with container security and microservices architectures Knowledge of securing AWS storage mechanisms including S3, DynamoDB, and Neptune Background in developing security policies and procedures Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools Work Environment Remote position with occasional travel to Chicago required Collaborative team environment with a security-first culture Well-funded startup with significant growth opportunities through partnerships with large enterprise organizations Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a mission-critical security role Organization that embraces AI tools to improve productivity and effectiveness Why Join Prisidio?
