Role Description
This role involves working closely with leadership and the sales team to drive structured, sustainable growth in the U.S. market.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline flow
- Analyze unit economics, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI
- Contribute to broader business discussions beyond marketing
- Understand internal service delivery workflows
- Ensure marketing promises align with operational capacity
- Participate in cross-department planning discussions
- Identify inefficiencies affecting revenue growth
- Design campaigns focused on qualified B2B lead generation
- Support sales team with positioning, messaging, and materials
- Identify gaps between marketing and sales processes
- Track campaign performance and revenue attribution
- Build structured reporting dashboards
- Manage marketing budget with strong ROI discipline
- Develop value propositions tailored to business clients
- Oversee content strategy (case studies, thought leadership, sales assets)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within a service-based company
- Experience working closely with or within a sales team
- Understanding of B2B dynamics and U.S. market expectations
- Ability to think like a business owner, not just a marketer
- Comfort discussing revenue targets, margins, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, outsourcing, or other service industries is a strong advantage
