Job Description

• Build AI Into High-Trust Workflows • Design AI-native capabilities inside a court-recognized system of record • Move beyond AI assisted features into workflow transformation and true insights • Shape how LLMs interact with structured, sensitive data • Establish evaluation frameworks for reliability, safety, and quality • Define unmet needs & solutions for Legal Professionals • Lead deep discovery with attorneys, mediators, judges, court administrators • Identify workflow pain and automation opportunities • Validate and launch pro-facing features or adjacencies • Think Platform, Not Feature • Develop AI capabilities that extend across OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, and FamilyWall • Influence long-term architecture and shared AI infrastructure • Operate at 0→1 and 1→N

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years directly focused on AI product development, ML-powered features, or AI-native product creation.
  • A strong track record of building and scaling consumer technology products, ideally in marketplaces, communication platforms, or trust-critical ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success shipping innovative, high-impact products end-to-end, from concept and research to launch and iteration.
  • Proficiency in prototyping and MVP development via vibe coding, comfort with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Lovable etc. and AI applications in your daily work. Experience building AI-product user feedback loops, model evaluation, and quality improvement.
  • Expertise in data-driven product design, testing, and driving cutting edge experimentation techniques.
  • Comfort partnering closely with engineering and data science teams, and the ability to translate technical detail into strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional user empathy and ability to simplify complex workflows into delightful experiences.
  • Strong communication, influence, and leadership abilities; experience driving cross-functional alignment in high-growth environments.
