Job Description

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned Channel Partners, representing both FS-Elliott and the partner internally across mechanical engineering, controls, applications engineering, and other functional areas. • Lead cross-functional teams to support partners with technical and commercial product solutions, including aftermarket initiatives. • Provide technical and commercial support during bid clarification phases and attend bid clarification meetings as needed. • Manage and guide the preparation of company and budgetary quotations to meet partner timelines. • Oversee compressor selection for site-specific conditions and applications. • Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans for each opportunity. • Ensure accurate and timely order entry processing. • Collaborate with Channel Partners to develop territory sales and aftermarket strategies, generating leads and expanding market presence. • Maintain and expand technical knowledge of FS-Elliott’s industrial products, including centrifugal compressors and rotating equipment. • Develop competitive product awareness and provide input on product and process improvements. • Collect and communicate market intelligence to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a sales support role within distribution channels.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with centrifugal compressors or rotating equipment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial distribution models and channel partner networks.
  • Technical knowledge of centrifugal compressors and related industrial systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable; capable of working independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 65%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum five years of related experience considered in lieu of degree).
