Job Description
• Research, scout, and identify relevant creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve high-quality influencer lists aligned with campaign briefs and client requirements.
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups with creators and talent agencies to assess interest, availability, and campaign fit.
• Collect and organize key creator data, including audience demographics, engagement metrics, content style, rates, and outreach status.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal databases.
• Perform quality checks to ensure influencer lists are relevant, accurate, and campaign-ready.
• Support Influencer Marketing Managers by delivering a consistent pipeline of vetted and contacted creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of creators into active campaigns.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an influencer marketing agency (brand-only experience is not sufficient).
- Hands-on experience with creator sourcing, influencer scouting, outreach, and list building.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing fundamentals and creator evaluation criteria.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and large datasets.
- Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume research and outreach tasks.
