Job Description
• Assist in executing Olive & June’s U.S. TikTok Shop strategy
• Maintain a consistent presence on TikTok Shop through content flow, creator involvement, and platform opportunities
• Help cultivate an engaged creator community across paid, affiliate, and organic participation
• Work closely with Creative, Social, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or social commerce
- Proven TikTok Shop growth experience
- Deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem
- Experience working with agencies or managing external partners
