Role Description

SnoopGame is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter who is eager to grow in the talent acquisition field. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with various positions across different markets.

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
  • Conducting interviews
  • Working with external platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.)
  • Maintaining and expanding the internal candidate database in an ATS
  • Recruitment funnel reporting
  • Using various tools in daily work, including AI-based solutions

Qualifications

  • 0–6 months of commercial experience as a Researcher or Recruiter
  • Recruitment courses or self-study in recruitment theory and HR processes
  • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with objections
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher (for spoken communication)
