• Research and resolve customer tax out-of-balances in a timely manner • Processes various mathematical calculations to determine how the data will conclude the best solutions • Analysis of tax/payroll data on the employer and employee level of inspecting • Transforming the goal of discovery, suggesting conclusions and supporting decision-making • Ensures that the appropriate action taken, complies with the tax authority requirement • Responsible for communicating to customers and document the cause of the tax discrepancy.
