The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution, managing scope, functional and technical resources, and interfacing with multiple departments to ensure successful and on-time delivery of solution implementations. Key duties include running client meetings, handling status reporting, managing escalations, and overseeing configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.

Project Management Analysts establish and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and enrollment dashboards while coordinating project activities and ensuring timely updates of key milestones. They also manage all aspects of project finances, including invoicing, vendor budgets, labor forecasting, and accruals, while ensuring accurate data reporting to management.

The Project Specialist manages the equipment implementation and installation process, coordinating GE resources remotely for scheduling, logistics, installation, training, and GoLive activities. Responsibilities include facilitating, coordinating, and tracking day-to-day project activities to ensure timely completion consistent with organizational goals and contracts.
