This role is a key contributor to the digital advertising team, responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across display, mobile, and video channels. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet client specifications, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and combines attention to detail with analytical thinking. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and data teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and report on campaign performance. - Execute digital advertising campaigns across display, mobile, and video, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- QA assets prior to launch to meet ad specifications and troubleshoot creative or technical issues
- Coordinate campaign hand-offs with clients and internal teams, communicating updates and expectations clearly
- Analyze campaign performance using CTR, viewability, delivery, and brand safety metrics to optimize results
- Continuously refine project management processes and support operational excellence across ad operations
- Stay current with industry trends, including ad tech, privacy regulations, and platform updates, to enhance processes
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working on large data sets
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas)
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain attention to detail while meeting deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager 360 and third-party technologies preferred
- Knowledge of Rich Media, video encoding, HTML5, and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
