Role Description
IKS Health is hiring an Account Executive to join its sales team and sell Medical Coding, Clinical Documentation, Medical Transcription, Scribe, and AI solutions.
- Results-oriented and strategic ‘hunter/farmer’ focused on expanding existing accounts and generating new business
- Drive strategic discussions and optimize business outcomes
- Establish IKS Health as a must-have business partner
- Help clients solve major healthcare problems: burnout, reimbursement, access to care, etc.
- Present strategies and innovative ideas to fuel client relationship expansion
- Partner in a matrixed environment to steer clients towards financial targets and satisfaction
- Navigate multi-dimensional engagements combining revenue cycle transformation, clinical consulting, and technology deployments
- Manage full sales cycle: generating and qualifying leads, running discovery, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing/growing existing accounts
- Individual contributor role requiring intrinsic motivation and collaboration
Qualifications
- 7 – 10 + years of B2B selling experience
- 7 – 10 + years of healthcare sales experience
- Experience selling Medical Coding, Clinical Documentation, Scribe, SaaS, RCM, and AI solutions in the healthcare space
- Ability to engage with executives and reinforce value
- Understand customer challenges and craft collaborative strategies
- Offer industry insights to business and product leaders
- Background in generating business with new clients and growing existing accounts
- Experienced in developing and managing large projects
- Ability to give compelling presentations both virtually and in-person
- Creative lead generation abilities
- Form relationships and build trust with all professional levels
- Experience executing go-to-market strategy while adopting best practices
- Experience with Salesforce and account-based marketing tech
- Preference for onboarding new technology that adds value
- Strong sales success history in the Boston, New York, Philadelphia (East Coast) region
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in cultivating and managing intricate client relationships within healthcare systems, ambulatory or acute revenue cycle management (RCM) environments, value-based care (VBC), or Healthcare IT (HCIT)
- Exemplify unparalleled client relationship skills and sharp business acumen
- Embody problem-solving prowess and simplify complex information
- Garner a solid 10+ years of experience in solution-driven, technology-enabled consulting, or high-growth provider organizations
- Coachable with executive presence
- Accountable to commitments regarding pipeline and forecasting
- High level of empathy for peers and prospects
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who is detail-oriented and meets aggressive deadlines
- Consistent overachiever obsessed with personal improvement and helping clients
- 75% Travel is expected
Benefits
- Base salary range: $90K - $115K, plus incentive per year
- Pay based on market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
