Our team is growing as our customer base is expanding fast. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Specialist within our Payroll implementation team to drive value through customer onboarding in our US Payroll and Benefits Administration solution. Our goal is to delight our customers and provide an amazing experience to every customer during their interactions and ensure our customers feel supported to make the correct decisions during their payroll cycle. Job Requirements

- In depth knowledge of both implementation and configuration of benefits administration solutions along with US Payroll systems
- Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and ability to meet go-live deadlines
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple customers simultaneously and handling competing deadlines and priorities
- Experience guiding customers through system integrations and providing in-depth training session
- Ability to spot anomalies in payroll processes and enjoy working with numbers, with experience in complex reconciliations.
- Good understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap
- A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
Advantages:
- Prior knowledge of benefit administration systems such as PlanSource, Everything Benefits, ADP or Employee Navigator
- Prior knowledge of US Payroll systems such as ADP, Rippling, Paychex, Gusto or SurePayroll
- Previous experience working with global teams
- Experience onboarding customers into a new payroll and benefit admin platform/service
- Experience using tools such as; Zendesk, Slack, & Asana
- Experience working with APIs and integrations
Base salaries for this role range from $110,000- $130,000

What will you do?Within our Customer Services and Experience function you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation and launch of our US Payroll and benefits administration systems to HiBob clients. You will be an expert is US payroll and benefits administration and provide expertise in managing the implementation of new customers. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and project management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
In offering expert implementation to HiBob customers you will support their onboarding in resolving issues related to payroll and benefits administration, and be able to offer high quality guidance as a trusted advisor in your field ensuring optimal set up.
