Role Description

We are seeking a Legal Director to establish and lead the company's legal function.

What Youll Do

• Commercial Contracts
  • Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise and institutional contracts, including SaaS, licensing, data-sharing, and tokenization agreements.
  • Create and maintain contract templates and playbooks to support scalable business operations.
  • Execute contract signatures with multiple stakeholders.
• Compliance, Regulatory & Commercial Oversight
  • Lead the company's compliance function, covering financial services, tokenization, payments, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
  • Monitor and interpret evolving U.S. and international regulations impacting fintech and blockchain operations.
  • Engage with regulators, auditors, and external counsel to manage filings, audits, or inquiries.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise and institutional contracts, including SaaS, licensing, tokenization, and data-sharing agreements.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 3 years of legal experience, including substantial in-house experience in technology or fintech sectors.
• Proven experience in corporate law and commercial contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of fintech, blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset regulations.
