Role Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to define and lead the go-to-market strategy for cutting-edge AI-powered productivity products, including Dash. The Senior Director of Product Marketing will shape how teams discover and use information, translating complex multi-surface products into clear, compelling narratives and value propositions.
- Lead a team of senior PMMs
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, Sales, and Communications
- Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
- Balance high-level leadership with hands-on involvement in messaging, positioning, and lifecycle strategy
- Ensure customer insights and market trends directly inform product and GTM decisions
- Thrive in ambiguity, embrace creativity, and be passionate about shaping the future of work
Accountabilities
- Define and evolve end-to-end product narratives and positioning for Dash and other priority innovations based on customer insight, market trends, and business strategy
- Lead go-to-market strategy across product-led (PLG) and sales-assisted (SLG) models, ensuring consistent messaging across launches, sales enablement, and lifecycle touchpoints
- Build scalable frameworks and processes to align Product, Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Support teams, fostering accountability and execution excellence
- Establish metrics, adoption goals, and post-launch plans to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Integrate customer insights, usage data, and competitive intelligence into product positioning, roadmap planning, and lifecycle strategy
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior Product, Growth, Sales, and Marketing leadership, influencing investment, planning, and organizational change decisions
- Cultivate a culture of ownership, curiosity, and high performance within the product marketing team
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related fields, including 4+ years managing teams
- Proven success leading GTM strategy for complex, multi-surface products at scale
- Experience in B2B SaaS, productivity, collaboration, or adjacent technology platforms
- Deep expertise in product positioning, launches, monetization, and lifecycle strategy across PLG and SLG models
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams
- Executive presence with strong communication, storytelling, and influence skills
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-accountability environments
- Preferred: experience scaling AI-powered products or multi-product organizations and partnering with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing teams
