Job Requirements
- Spanish fluency
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to practice immigration law)
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills
- Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment
- High emotional intelligence and cultural competence
- Ability to work Arizona business hours consistently
- Licensed Attorney: Active law license in any U.S. state (immigration is federal)
- Immigration law experience is a plus, but not required - this role is designed for attorneys at the start of their career
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues
- Interest in collaborating with intake staff rather than carrying a personal caseload
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems and case management tools
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
