Role Description
Stratis Group is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to support consulting engagements and ensure seamless coordination between client stakeholders and internal strategy teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service excellence, facilitating communication, and supporting the successful execution of client initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, remote environment and brings a strong commitment to client satisfaction and operational precision.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal consulting teams
- Monitor engagement milestones and ensure timely follow-through
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and project management systems
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and long-term partnership value
- Assist with onboarding of new client accounts
- Uphold service standards and response time expectations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in client services, consulting support, healthcare operations, or account coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting environments preferred
Requirements
- Fully remote position (U.S.-based candidates)
- Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
- Flexible full-time and part-time options available
- No weekend work unless scheduled
- Structured onboarding and role-specific training provided
