Role Description

Stratis Group is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to support consulting engagements and ensure seamless coordination between client stakeholders and internal strategy teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service excellence, facilitating communication, and supporting the successful execution of client initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, remote environment and brings a strong commitment to client satisfaction and operational precision.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal consulting teams
  • Monitor engagement milestones and ensure timely follow-through
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and project management systems
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and long-term partnership value
  • Assist with onboarding of new client accounts
  • Uphold service standards and response time expectations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in client services, consulting support, healthcare operations, or account coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting environments preferred

Requirements

  • Fully remote position (U.S.-based candidates)
  • Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
  • Flexible full-time and part-time options available
  • No weekend work unless scheduled
  • Structured onboarding and role-specific training provided
