Job Description

• Own day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns • Manage budgets, pacing spend efficiently against performance goals • Conduct ongoing analysis to identify growth opportunities • Develop testing roadmaps (creative, bidding strategies, audience expansion, landing pages) • Create clear performance narratives and insights for internal stakeholders and clients • Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices, translating changes into actionable strategy

Job Requirements

2-4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and action
Proven ability to optimize toward business outcomes, not just platform metrics
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without sacrificing quality
Nice to Have: Experience in financial services, B2B, CPG, or high-consideration purchases
Nice to Have: Exposure to Microsoft Ads, Meta, Reddit, Tiktok or programmatic platforms
Nice to Have: Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad copy, video, and landing page strategy
Nice to Have: Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker Studio, Funnel.io)
