About the Role
We’re seeking a Media Healthcare Project Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated healthcare media
campaigns across HCP, DTC, DSA, Payer audiences and more. This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, execution,
and compliance, ensuring that campaigns move efficiently from kickoff through launch while meeting healthcare-specific
requirements.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, a working knowledge of paid media channels, and
experience operating in regulated healthcare or pharma environments.
What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end media project workflows across channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, Display,
and endemic platforms
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting for media workstreams
* Partner with analytics and activation teams to align timelines with performance reporting, optimization cycles, and
campagin evolution
* Track approvals, dependencies, and milestones tied to healthcare compliance processes (e.g., legal, regulatory, MLR)
* Lead status meetings and working sessions; communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans proactively
* Drive scope development and governance, resource forecastingg, and budget pacing to ensure healthcare media
projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to revenue targets
* Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance cross-functional
collaboration across media projects
* Ensure clear documentation, handoffs, and adherence to established media SOPs and processes
* Launch experience would be a good addition under this section or the nice to have section
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally within a media agency or healthcare marketing environment

* Experience managing media campaigns for pharma, biotech, or healthcare clients
* Strong understanding of digital media workflows and cross-channel dependencies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Asana)
Nice to Have
* Leads standard accounts of $2mm + revenue and assists on larger pieces of business $3mm+
* Growing understanding of scoping and staffing for Brand Development and all deliverable types
* Demonstrates significant knowledge of agency procedures, tools/systems, PM principles & practices (Agile, Waterfall
etc), process application and risk identification
* Works closely with Director, Finance to ensure owned projects are efficient and profitable. May need guidance with our
commercial offerings and engagement models
* Must be proactive and be able to learn in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Bachelor’s Degree
* PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
* Experience partnering closely with media activation and analytics teams
