Job Description

• Lead the organization responsible for the vision, strategy, and delivery of 1Password’s AI and developer product portfolio • Translate 1Password’s business and product strategy into an actionable roadmap • Drive the technical direction for platforms and services that enable developers to securely integrate 1Password into modern software • Collaborate with Product, Security, and Data/AI leaders to define and ship AI-powered features

Job Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
Deep understanding of modern cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and developer platforms
Familiarity with AI-enabled systems
Strong appreciation for security, privacy, and reliability
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from strategy through delivery in fast-moving environments
Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
