Job Description
Role Description
We’re looking for a high-energy, full stack and entrepreneurial Account Executive to lead the charge in closing new enterprise deals from start to finish.
- Own the sales cycle for inbound leads and develop strategies to convert them into closed deals, with a focus on senior decision-makers (VP and above).
- Craft customized, strategic demos for prospects by deeply understanding their business needs and aligning Dragonboat’s value proposition with their pain points.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Provide insight-driven, consultative selling that challenges conventional approaches.
- Leverage the latest AI-powered tools and sales tech to streamline outreach, track activity, and stay on top of opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years selling to enterprises with a proven track record of closing six figure deals (ideally in platform or AI-driven software).
- Start-up experience: You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a fluid sales process.
- You can confidently engage and influence multiple personas including senior leaders (VPs, Directors) and navigate enterprise sales processes.
- Adaptable and self-motivated: You thrive in an environment with no “cookie-cutter playbooks” and take initiative to find new champions and opportunities within accounts.
- Constantly learning: You’re familiar with the latest sales tools and technologies to stay ahead of the competition and maximize efficiency.
- Semi-technical: You can have intelligent conversations with product and technical stakeholders without needing to be an expert in development.
- Domain experience in product management tools, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) tools, or similar is a plus.
Benefits
- Join a rapidly growing AI company with the opportunity to shape enterprise decision-making and introduce innovative AI-driven strategies to industry leaders.
- Interact with high caliber clients - product and tech executives and portfolio leaders.
- Work with a talented, supportive, and diverse team dedicated to your growth.
- Opportunity to take ownership and drive revenue in an innovative, dynamic environment.
- Flexible work environment with remote-first policies and a commitment to work-life balance.
- Competitive benefits and compensation package, including startup options, 401k match, health insurance coverage, generous paid time off, and more.
Compensation
