As Senior Director of Web Strategy, you’ll define how HubSpot shows up to the world — helping buyers discover, learn, and buy in an era of rapidly evolving digital behavior.
- Shape the next generation of HubSpot.com.
- Evolve the website to meet the needs of modern buyers who arrive more informed than ever with AI-driven, personalized experiences.
- Define and execute a forward-looking strategy that optimizes for answer engines and human interactions alike using AI to drive discovery, conversion, and engagement.
- Own the demand goal for HubSpot.com, driving both qualified leads and touchless purchases.
- Build a constant experimentation culture that uses AI and modern technology to optimize conversion and engagement.
- Turn innovation into measurable business impact.
- Bring our evolving brand and AI story to life through clear copy, design, and interaction.
- Ensure the site communicates how HubSpot helps companies grow, serving as both a storytelling and selling engine.
- Use user research and behavioral insights to create a site that’s fast, intuitive, and helpful.
- Develop and empower a global team across conversational marketing, CRO, and web strategy.
- Build a culture that’s data-driven, curious, and innovation-minded, equipping the team to lead in the AI era.
- Collaborate with creative, mar-tech, brand, product marketing, and SEO/AEO to deliver experiences that balance storytelling, performance, and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading and scaling web strategy or digital growth in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on technologists who stay ahead of what’s next.
- Fluent in personalization, testing, and conversational marketing tools.
- Experience managing multilingual websites and scaling experiences globally.
- Strong organizational and program management skills.
- Exceptional people leaders who attract and develop top talent.
- Excel at collaboration and communication, influencing across marketing, product, design, and engineering.
