  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot, Excel automation, workflow assistants) to streamline tasks, improve reporting, enhance communication, and increase overall efficiency.
  • Escalate risks, data gaps, and issues proactively with clear context, proposed next steps, and documented findings.
  • Support audit and renewal activities by validating data, preparing summaries, and tracking requests or open questions.
  • Apply foundational understanding of software licensing, SAM tools, and IT asset management principles to improve data quality and program outcomes.

You own this if you have...

  • 3+ years in ITAM/SAM operations, IAITAM (e.g. CSAM) certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences and document processes effectively.
  • Foundational understanding of IT asset management principles, software lifecycle concepts, and basic software licensing terminology.
