Role Description

This position is pivotal in transforming sales operations within a global enterprise setting. You will drive strategic initiatives that harmonize data-driven insights with operational practices, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. This position enables you to significantly impact customer satisfaction while improving revenue recognition and operational efficiencies.

  • Be the CRO's operating partner, managing forecast calls and translating insights into actions.
  • Drive pricing governance and lead global deal desk processes.
  • Modernize quote-to-cash processes, owning Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
  • Lead territory and capacity planning based on annual designs.
  • Operationalize AI to enhance efficiency and value in sales.
  • Advance pricing strategies for AI-native offerings.
  • Nurture partner co-sell initiatives and improve deal registration.
  • Align with finance, legal, and product teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Ops within SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record in managing deal desk and pricing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and relevant BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a data-driven storytelling approach.
