This role supports Corporate and Franchise Stores, In House Maintenance Techs, and Vendors via phone, email, and ServiceNow tickets, focusing on answering calls, creating work orders, and performing Level 1 troubleshooting for networked and non-networked devices. Key duties include proactive monitoring of equipment, adherence to safety regulations regarding fuel use, and processing rejected work orders.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations using corporate reports to develop comprehensive cases revealing fraud or misreporting, and ensuring proper recoveries and follow-up are completed. The role also involves advising field operators on shortage control and theft, and managing incident response following critical events.

The Senior Manager, Regional Construction leads a team of New Store Construction Managers, overseeing the entire pipeline of new store construction projects from permit readiness through opening and closeout. This role is responsible for setting strategy, governance, and standards across a multi-state portfolio while owning capital planning and delivery performance.
