The Director will provide deep subject matter expertise on sustainability issues related to data centers, informing research and engagement efforts with companies and investors. This role involves building an integrated approach across Ceres' various programs and networks concerning sustainable data center growth and ensuring Just Transition principles are advanced.

The Associate will provide core support to the Investment Stewardship Working Group and Program teams, focusing on investment stewardship and shareholder proposals, including managing databases and responding to information requests from members and stakeholders. This role involves tracking internal activities, supporting monthly meetings, tracking shareholder proposals in the Investor Portal, and preparing progress reports for various audiences.

This position leads the Ceres Investor Network policy engagement program, primarily by preparing briefings for institutional investors on policy developments and facilitating investor outreach to policymakers regarding climate change and energy priorities. The role also involves managing the Policy Working Group and collaborating across various internal Ceres teams and external global partners.
