The Project Manager/Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery activities for large-scale strategic initiatives, guiding teams through planning, execution, and continuous improvement cycles. This involves facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress using metrics, identifying and resolving impediments, and ensuring delivery aligns with governance and compliance requirements.

The manager will work directly with healthcare clients and internal teams to prepare, manage, submit, and advise on mandatory provider-based attestations and NPI requirements for hospital off-campus outpatient departments. This involves assessing client readiness, mapping workplans, coordinating documentation, and responding to regulatory inquiries.
