The Escrow Officer is responsible for providing an impeccable experience to customers and agents by processing escrow documents according to policy and TDI regulations. This involves acting as a neutral third-party, managing funds, clearing titles, preparing closing documents, and ensuring accurate disbursement of related funds.

This role involves answering and routing incoming calls from the main line during peak and off-hours, ensuring customers and agents receive timely answers. Responsibilities also include becoming an expert in Company processes, reviewing contracts for accuracy, and managing internal system approvals.
