KCSA Strategic Communications

The Senior Account Executive will manage approximately five client accounts, directly facilitating communications and overseeing day-to-day program involvement, including drafting and reviewing press releases and pitches. Responsibilities also include developing initial strategic plans, executing tactics, and cultivating and managing junior staff members.

The Vice President will create comprehensive client strategies, pitch clients and executives to media, and serve as the main point of contact for 6-9 client accounts. This role also involves leading and mentoring a team of junior employees, fostering their growth and providing direct feedback.

This role involves developing PR strategies, heavy pitching to secure features across national and regional media, and spearheading thought leadership opportunities for clients. The director will also manage client communication, oversee reporting, and mentor junior staff.
