The Client Strategy Director acts as the integrated strategic lead and primary client partner, responsible for driving growth through data-driven, full-funnel strategies connecting media, creative, and conversion optimization. This role involves owning client relationships and leading internal cross-functional teams to execute these growth strategies, particularly for CPG DTC brands.
The role involves supporting the setup, optimization, and reporting of programmatic and retail media campaigns across various platforms, applying advanced targeting and bid optimization techniques to enhance performance. Responsibilities also include monitoring campaigns daily, troubleshooting issues, analyzing results, and preparing insights for internal teams and client communications.
The CRM Manager will manage client relationships and provide best-in-class acquisition and retention strategies across 6+ DTC clients, overseeing execution across channels like email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription management. This role also involves managing and mentoring 1-2 CRM Analysts while owning the end-to-end email production process and ensuring final quality assurance on all team deliverables.
