Manage project finance operations, oversee budget preparation, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead team development to enhance financial reporting and support effective project execution and donor collaboration.

This role leads project finance operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and managing month/year-end close processes while ensuring compliance with GAAP and donor regulations. Responsibilities also include preparing accurate financial reports, managing treasury functions like wire transfers, and supporting long-range financial forecasting.

This role is accountable for all aspects of project financial and accounting administration for both federal and non-federal awards, providing comprehensive pre- and post-award support including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.

The Manager/Associate Manager will implement project infrastructure and systems, managing cradle-to-grave project finances including startup, cost management, reconciliation, and financial reporting to donors and staff. This role involves leading project finance operations, overseeing ledgers, monitoring budgets, preparing invoices, investigating variances, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and donor policies.

This role is responsible for comprehensive pre- and post-award financial and accounting administration for projects, including managing budgets, accounts, allocations, accruals, and forecasting expenditures for both federal and non-federal awards. The manager also creates cost and pricing proposals in collaboration with the business development team and supports country offices with monthly financial packages.

This role is independently responsible for corporate accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, month/year-end closing, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with nonprofit standards. The manager will also continually evaluate industry best practices against internal systems while supporting strategic financial planning.
