Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Client Support Specialist to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel services. This role combines customer support with consultative guidance, helping individuals and families select travel options that best fit their preferences, timelines, and budgets.
In this position, you will communicate directly with clients, provide destination insights, coordinate reservations, and ensure a smooth booking experience from initial inquiry through confirmation and follow-up. Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
This is a remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. Training, tools, and mentorship are provided to support success in the role. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while providing attentive service to clients throughout the travel planning process.
This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and providing thoughtful guidance while coordinating meaningful travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries regarding travel destinations, accommodations, and pricing options
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
Research and coordinate reservations for hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and related travel services
Prepare and review booking confirmations and itinerary details for accuracy
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the planning and booking process
Provide follow-up support and assist with updates or changes to reservations
Build long-term client relationships through professional service and attention to detail
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to guide clients through options
Ability to manage multiple client conversations and timelines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
