Role Description
In this role, you will be the right hand to the Founder of Fuelerate, a fast-growing growth partner for Shopify brands. The work you do will directly shape the team, remove chaos, and free up the Founder's time so the company can scale faster.

HR & People Operations
- run hiring end-to-end
- write and post job ads
- screen and shortlist candidates
- schedule and coordinate interviews
- support onboarding/offboarding
- maintain hiring dashboards and KPIs
- improve processes, not just follow them

Executive Assistant to the Founder
- organize priorities and follow-ups
- support inbox and calendar organization
- send contracts and documents
- update Google Sheets and trackers
- book flights/travel when needed
- take work off the Founder's plate before being asked
This is not “just admin work.” You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one.
Qualifications
- experience in HR / recruiting / people ops
- experience as Executive Assistant or Operations support
- strong English (written + spoken)
- strong Google Sheets ability
- proactive, independent working style
- comfort in fast-moving environments
Requirements
- Bonus points for agency/startup experience
- ClickUp/ATS experience
- KPI/dashboard experience
